Madrid
The average Madrileno manages to cram seven meals into a day, a challenge Keith takes up producing seven succulent dishes.

Oslo
The centuries old methods of pickling, smoking, and salting reveal a culture born in a cold and hostile climate. But the reindeer are delicious.

Christmas a la Floyd
Keith shows how to prepare a variety of main dishes, accompaniments, starters, an alternative to Christmas pudding, and, of course, drinks.

Floyd's New Years Eve Feast
Keith travels through the snowy countryside of Lapland for an informal party. At home Keith shares his idea of the ultimate New Year's Eve feast.

Edinburgh
On the battlements of Edinburgh Castle Keith races to prepare scallops in two different guises before the one o'clock gun is fired.

Prague
From Prague's culinary heritage Keith cooks a goulash with that old Czeck staple, dumplings, goes carp fishing and re-creates two local dishes.

Vienna
In Vienna, coffee and cake are a national obsession so Keith investigates the art of the patisserie chef before floating down the Danube for a drink.
